Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Digital Credits Marketplace.
Last updated: July 30, 2026
1. Who We Are and What We Do
Digital Credits Marketplace (“we,” “us,” or the “Service”) provides digital payment infrastructure for online platforms. We give WordPress sites, Shopify stores, and custom applications a drop-in way to accept payment for digital goods and features without building a payment stack of their own.
The mechanism is simple. A customer buys a package of digital credits from us. We collect that payment through Stripe, our payment processor. The purchased credits are then delivered to the customer’s account on the partner platform they chose, and the customer spends those credits on that platform’s content, features, or services.
Everything between those two points — checkout, card processing, webhook delivery, payment verification, and credit issuance — is handled by us. Partner platforms do not need to process cards, validate webhook signatures, reconcile failed payments, or manage a credit ledger. That is the service we provide.
2. Accepting These Terms
By purchasing credits, integrating our Service into your platform, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater. You must have the legal right to use the payment method you submit at checkout.
3. What Credits Are
Credits are a prepaid, virtual unit of account used inside our network. They are a limited license to access digital content and features on participating platforms. They are not money, not a deposit, not a security, not a cryptocurrency, and not a stored-value instrument redeemable for cash.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Credits cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or transferred to another account except through features we explicitly provide.
- Credits are sold in fixed one-time packages. Bonus credits included with larger packages are promotional and carry no independent monetary value.
- Credits do not expire while your account remains in good standing. If we ever need to change that, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email.
4. Purchasing and Delivery
At checkout you provide your account ID and email address, then complete payment through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — card data goes directly to Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
Delivery is automatic and immediate. When Stripe confirms your payment, our system verifies the transaction and credits your account without any manual step on your part or ours. In practice this happens within seconds. Because delivery is instantaneous and automated, please double-check your account ID before paying — credits sent to a mistyped account ID are difficult to recover.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. Every purchase is a one-time charge. We do not enroll you in a subscription and we do not store your card for future billing.
5. Refunds
In short: if your balance is untouched, we will refund it. Once credits have been spent, or once the content or feature they unlocked has been made available to you, that portion is final and cannot be refunded. We do not issue partial refunds against a partially used balance.
The complete terms, including how to request a refund and what happens in cases of duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Your Account and Conduct
You are responsible for the accuracy of the account details you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure. Activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
You agree not to:
- Purchase credits using a payment method you are not authorized to use.
- Use the Service to launder funds, evade sanctions, or convert value between payment methods.
- Resell credits, or operate a secondary market in credits, outside our network.
- Exploit bugs, pricing errors, or promotional mechanics to obtain credits you did not pay for.
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or webhook infrastructure.
We may suspend or close an account, and void the credits in it, for violations of this section or for fraudulent activity. Where the violation involves fraud or unauthorized payments, we may do so without prior notice.
7. Partner Platforms
Credits are redeemed on partner platforms operated by independent third parties. Each partner controls its own content, pricing, availability, and terms of use. We are the payment and credit layer, not the publisher of that content.
This means: what a partner charges in credits, what it offers, and whether it remains available are its decisions, not ours. Disputes about the quality, legality, or availability of a partner’s content should be raised with that partner first. Disputes about a charge, a missing credit balance, or a payment failure should come to us at [email protected].
If a partner platform leaves our network, credits already in your balance remain spendable at the remaining platforms in the network.
8. For Platforms Integrating With Us
If you integrate the Service into your own site or application, the following applies in addition to the sections above.
What we handle. Checkout, card processing through Stripe, webhook delivery and signature verification, payment confirmation, retry handling on failed or delayed events, and credit issuance to the end user’s account. You receive verified, payment-confirmed events — you do not need to write payment reconciliation logic.
What you handle. Honoring credit balances on your platform, delivering the content or features your users spend credits on, maintaining your own terms of service and content policies, and complying with the laws and platform rules that apply to your business.
Credentials. API keys and webhook secrets we issue to you are confidential. You are responsible for securing them and for all activity performed with them. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you believe a credential has been exposed.
Eligibility. We may decline or terminate an integration if a platform’s content or business model falls outside what our payment processor permits, or if it exposes the network to unacceptable chargeback or fraud risk. Payout terms, fees, and settlement timing for partner platforms are set out in the separate written partner agreement, which controls over this section where the two differ.

9. Service Availability
We work to keep the Service available and payments flowing, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, processor outages, and events outside our control can interrupt purchases or delay credit delivery. If a payment is captured but credits are not delivered, contact us and we will either deliver the credits or refund the charge in full.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. Where that is the case, they apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced by email or by notice on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Digital Credits Marketplace is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing any formal claim, contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to resolve the issue. Most disputes — especially billing disputes — are resolved faster by email than by any other route.
